On September 22, 2011, Carla Ornelas was elected as the 40th President of the MPC. She is the fourth woman to hold that title. She has been a member of The Motion Picture Club for many years and had served as a board member for four years. She has worked in sales distribution for 17 years for Miramax, Sony Classics, and currently Paramount Pictures. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from NYU and currently resides in New York City.
