Melanie Valera received her bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of Arizona. She started in the industry nearly 15 years ago where she began her career in film distribution at DreamWorks in Los Angeles. Melanie relocated to the east coast in 2001 to work at Miramax Films and currently works at Paramount Pictures as Branch Manager. Melanie resides in New York City and enjoys traveling, rooting for the Lakers and spending time with friends and family.
