Chadd Barksdale is currently working as a Director of Sales for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. He has been part of the Disney Distribution team for 19 years now and has worked on both coasts in various departments such as Exhibitor Relations, Sales Administration and Special Events. He is currently serving his 10thyear on the MPC board. Originally from Southern California, he received his degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Chadd is the proud father of two children and currently resides in Greenwich, CT.
Jodi Gwydir started her career as a summer receptionist for Florin Creative. After working through school at an independent theater and temping at Disney, Jodi landed at Paramount for 20 years. She is currently Vice President, Sales and Operations at The Weinstein Company, happily married and mother of two wonderful daughters who are under strict instructions not to go into the film business.
Alison Matheis is currently working as a Sales Manager for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. She began her career at Miramax Films in 2004 and transitioned over to the Disney distribution team in 2007. She has been a board member for the MPC for over 10 years and is the currently the co-vice president.

Kelly Wasserman is a Director of Sales for Twentieth Century Fox where she has been happily employed for five years. Previously, Kelly worked for Bow Tie Cinemas, Rave Motion Pictures, ThinkFilm and Sony Picture Classics. She has been honored to serve on the board of the MPC since 2010 and is a past president. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University and resides in Stamford, CT with her husband and two daughters.
Emily Zarow-Lange is a Sales Manager in Film Distribution at Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. She has been in the film industry for 10 years, working in both sales and exhibitor relations areas of distribution. She got her foot in the door starting her film entertainment industry career at Sony Pictures Classics. After growing up in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing at Ithaca College, and currently resides on the Upper East Side.
Veronica Neely is a Director of Sales for Twentieth Century Fox who works to deliver the highest results for all of Fox’s films. She has worked at Fox for the past 15 years moving up the ranks to her current position handling the sales of all first run films within her respective territory while overseeing and guiding the sales of Fox’s extensive repertory library. She has a love for all film and is delighted to be a part of finding an audience for all that Fox has to offer. Veronica enjoys spending her summers at the Jersey Shore with her family and friends.
After coming out of the Army, (our side), Richard came into the Motion Picture Industry in January 1968. His first job was at Embassy Pictures as the National Print Booker. He then joined 20th Century Fox in 1972 as New York Head Film Booker. After a couple of short lived jobs in the industry, he joined Universal Pictures in November 1975 as a cartoon and film booker working his way up to the New York, Washington, D.C. & Pittsburgh Sales Manager. He was at Universal for 42 years to his retirement in 2018.
He joined the Motion Picture Club in 1990 and was elected to the Board Of Directors in 1991. At present, he is still very active in the Club.
Jordan Lange is currently a Manager of Regional Sales at Sony Pictures. Prior to Sony, he spent over 8 years at The Walt Disney Studios, working his way up to an Eastern Division Theatrical Distribution Sales Manager. He initially broke into the Sales side of the business with FilmDistrict, after transitioning from the world of film production, where he worked on the producing team of several independently financed horror films. Jordan grew up in Wheaton, Illinois. He received a soccer scholarship to Lake Forest College where he majored in English and went on to receive a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University in Chicago.
Lori Bandazian has been in the film industry for over 25 years working in sales and distribution at several companies including Sony Pictures Classics, October Films, and Lionsgate. Currently, she is happily employed at Netflix, handling theatrical distribution. Lori has served as a member of the Motion Picture Club for many years and joined the board in 2011. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Lori lives in New York City with her two tween daughters.
Dennis has been part of the NY film community for 30+ years! He has worked in both film exhibition (AMC Theatres) and film distribution (The Walt Disney Company & Relativity EuropaCorp Distibution). His current positon is with AVIRON PICTURES as VP, Theatrical Distribution. Dennis has been a member of The Motion Picture Club board for over 20 years, serving as President 2009-2011. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ with his wife Jane and their three daughters.
Carla Ornelas has been in the film industry for 20 years and has worked in distribution for Miramax, Sony Classics, and Paramount Pictures. She is currently at 20th Century Fox. She was also elected as the 40th President of the MPC in 2011 and is the fourth woman to hold that title. She has been a member of the The Motion Picture Club for many years and has served as board member for seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business and currently resides in New York City.
Jared Milgram is the Vice President of Marketing and Food & Beverage for Bow Tie Cinemas. In addition to serving proudly on the MPC board and Karaoke Oversight Committee for the last six years, he has spent the last nine destroying the greens at the Engineers Country Club. Jared is a die-hard Philly sports fan and in his spare time he moonlights as both a Rabbi and a Robert Goulet impersonator.
Liz Castellani is currently working in sales at Walt Disney Studios. She has worked in the media industry since 2010 at many companies including 20th Century Fox and AMC Networks. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and is excited to share the magic of the movies with her daughter.
Mary Navarra started her career in the film industry in 1988 at The Walt Disney Studios. Throughout her career she has worked at various studios such as Miramax Films, Destination Films, New Line Cinema, Vivendi Entertainment, After Dark Films and Relativity EuropaCorp Distribution. She is currently at Aviron Pictures as Vice President of Theatrical Distribution. Mary has been a member of the Motion Picture Club for over 20 years and now proudly serves on the Board of Directors. She is married and has a son who reside in the New York area.
David Ostrander has been in the industry for over 18 years and currently serves as Senior Director, within Screenvision Media’s Exhibitor Relations team. In addition to negotiating exhibitor contracts, David proudly refers to himself as a Frank Sinatra aficionado. He has a Bachelor of Sports Management from St. John’s University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Adelphi University. David resides in Long Island, NY with his wife and two daughters, who never want him to leave the exhibition industry mainly because of free movie perks and access to over-sized convention candy bags.
John O’Rourke began working for Warner Bros. in January 2017 out of their New York City office. John has recently moved to Los Angeles where he is a Director of Sales Planning, Projections and Analytics. Prior to his time at Warner Bros., John spent several years at J.P. Morgan working as a Private Banking Analyst and at William Morris Endeavor as an Account Executive. John graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pace University in December 2013 with a degree in Finance and Economics.
