  • Full Page = 7.5” W x 10” H

  • Half Page = 7.5” W x 4.75” H

  • Quarter Page = 3.5” W x 4.75” H

  • Please do not include any bleeds or marks

  • File format – JPEG – minimum resolution 300ppi

  • Please title all files with the company name and section – for example:

Transportation 

Long Island Railroad:

  • Penn Station/ Grand Central to either Lynbrook, Valley Stream or Hewlett Train stations.

  • All 3 train stations are within 2-3 miles of the club & usually less than a 5 - min. Uber/ Lyft/ Taxi ride.

Car:

  • Most direct Route; Long Island expressway (I-495 East LIE) to Van - Wyck Expressway (I-678 South) to Belt Parkway ( NY-27E) into Hewlett.

  • From Midtown; (depending on traffic & time of day), it could take 45 min to 1 hour and a half.
